19th century Aid-de-Memoire

I don't own a card case, one of the many items on my "to buy" list.

For something that acts as a holder 

of such significant small pieces of paper, 

card cases are so very important

in making those lasting first impressions.

This late 19th century Russian Aid-de-Memoire

or case and pencil  beautiful writing utensil,

would do just that.
